Our continuous aim is to provide on-time delivery of the definition of spare parts allowing for the best local service for our customers. To achieve this, Parts Market Support is organised in two areas; Parts Documentation and Parts Service Support. Parts Service Support is now looking for a new resource due to retirement.
YOUR CHALLANGE
The overall task is to support our MSco's and Distributors in parts technical issues. Reports and answers are mostly presented in our parts and service documentation and the issues are handled in our Asset system.
This also includes:
* Analyse and proofread Engineering Change Orders (ECO)
* Approve ECO for QP documentation and replacements on parts level.
* Follow and, if needed, participate in problem solving regarding quality & parts issues.
* Training of MSco/TMHI/Distributors on parts related issues
* Cooperate with Product Specialist and Technical Authors when editing a draft of technical documentation.

YOUR PROFILE
* You have a Technical education or similar experience.
* You are interested in technology and you have a good technical understanding; experience from our products is an advantage.
* You have good knowledge in English.
As a person you are creative and able to take own initiatives and you are used to work both independently and together with others.
