As Parts Logistics Network Support Team Leader you are leading a team of coordinators working with Parts Logistics Network Support for the Nordic region. The position consists of supporting and coaching of the team, planning and implementation of working processes, project leading of solutions and more. You have many points of contact on a daily basis both external with dealers and internal with both the sales and after sales organizations in Nordic and France. This is a full time position located in Borås. Desired start date is as soon as possible.

Main responsibilities:
•
Guarantee dealer satisfaction concerning logistics
• Coach and support the network operation group
• Plan and implement future actions
• Refine working processes to improve service and way of working

Knowledge of the spare part logistics
• Experience of customer relations and customer satisfaction
• Documented leadership skills
• Ability to take decisions and to challenge the group
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written. French is an advantage

To succeed in this role you need to be able to solve tasks autonomous as well as in group. Project management skills, with good organizational and administrative abilities is required.
Furthermore you need to have a high level of communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills. We treasure an open mind and positive attitude as well as being customer orientated.

Renault Nordic AB established its business in as from January, 2008 with head office located in Stockholm, responsible for the four Nordic countries Sweden, Denmark, Finland & Norway together with Renault Finance Nordic. Sweden is the largest market for Renault in the Nordic, with gaining the #2 position on the Light Commercial Vehicle market and a high penetration of Renault Finance Services.
