In 2015 Tetra Pak established a Global specialist organisation focusing on developing and delivering Parts Control, a portfolio containing Parts management and Parts logistics service solutions to our customers. The position offers a great opportunity to make a true difference for our customers and internal colleagues and will provide you with valuable experience in a developing, dynamic and international environment.
We are looking for a Team Leader to temporarily join our global team and play a vital role in our success for servicing and supporting our customer base. The responsibility of the Team Leader is to coordinate the daily operations of the Parts Control Specialists in the ECA and GMEA clusters and assure that our services are delivered with the highest possible quality.
In the position, you will work in the central Tetra Pak Services team within a high-paced, international working environment. You will have extensive contact with a large group of people and functions in the central and market organisations. You will be based in Lund, Sweden. Travel ranges from 15-30 days/year.
Main responsibilities
• Coordinate the Parts Control Specialists in the cluster to assure efficient handling of customer requests.
• Provide advice to clusters and markets in the sales and delivery process of Parts Control.
• Facilitate the delivery of Parts Control Services including analysis, training, sales support etc. in close collaboration with the local Sales- and Business Development teams.
• Actively support the Parts Control Specialists by coaching and providing feedback to the delivered results.
• Actively contribute to the development of Parts Control by continuously refining our product material and work procedures and tools.
• Align continuously with the cluster Business Development organisations regarding the ongoing Parts Control sales and activities.
• Review and validate price calculations for our most advanced services.
• Collaboration with Parts Control Specialists and colleagues in all clusters and markets to ensure knowledge sharing and standardisation according to best practices.
• Update internal and external documents, drive continuous improvement activities, coordinate projects within the team and monitor QMS implementation project.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you need to be a good communicator and have an excellent command in English both written and verbal. You should have good sales and presentation skills. Also, good skills in in the Microsoft Office package, especially with Power Point and Excel, are required. Experience in the WCM and Six Sigma methodologies is a bonus, as is experience conducting presentations or training events and leadership experience.
As a person, you are customer oriented and service minded. You are result oriented and can easily and on a detailed level understand work flows and work-stream processes. You can create and execute plans on both high and detailed level. You can work independently and together with others towards set goals. You are a team-player and enjoy co-operating with others to solve the work tasks in the most efficient way.
