Treadler is a newly launched B2B initiative by the H&M Group where we offer access to H&M Group's global supply chain as a service to external companies. Treadler's clients will benefit from H&M Group's expertise, long-term supplier partnerships and strategic sustainability work, which will help them to overcome initial business barriers and accelerate sustainable change. We are now offering a talented and commercial star to join us as a Partnership Manager and be part of our vision: to future proof our industry.
Job Description
Your role is to sell our service to other companies, meaning that you will be creating new leads, pitching our service offer with the purpose of onboarding new successful clients to Treadler. Through this process you will work tightly with the rest of the sales team as well as the communication, sustainability and production teams.
Qualifications
In this role you have a unique chance to benefit from the solid heritage of H&M Group while at the same time enjoying an entrepreneurial environment where you can be bold and push the boundaries. To enjoy and perform in our fast paced and dynamic environment we believe that you are:
Experienced (minimum 2-3 years) in B2B sales with a proven track record of good results
Commercial and sales oriented
Passionate about finding new leads that you also can convert to actual clients
Open and curious
A doer that leaves no stones unturned and always seeks a way to get a client meeting
Professional, communicative and service-oriented
Skilled in project management and stakeholder management

You have probably worked in a global role within the fashion industry before where B2B sales and service orientation have been central parts in your delivery. It is beneficial if you also have experience from working towards and/or within supply chain.

This is full-time permanent position, preferable with placement in Stockholm with our sales team.
