WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Partnership Manager, you will be a part of the Sales & Account Management Team and report to Head of Sales.

Our partners currently consist of over 500 Universities in 48 markets and a number of other, non-academic, organizations. Your challenge will be to improve and increase the efficiency how we reach, engage and communicate with partners, and with the many thousands of respondents who participate in our studies every year. The goal is to make sure that the data collection and respondent provision for our market studies run smoothly across time and products.

Your role will include:

• Act as a spider in the net and key stakeholder internally, and collaborate closely with the research, sales, marketing and digital teams to gather and give requirements and input and make sure we reach our goals for various projects and products
• Communication strategy and execution throughout various channels (social media, email, phone etc.)
• Project management, coordination, and execution; whereas the Autumn Field Period is the main one
• Seasonal team manager for a team you will be responsible for recruiting
• Stakeholder management and coordination
• Budget
• Acquiring and developing knowledge within our field and act as a thought leader and build your own and our brand towards external stakeholders

• A strong project manager who enjoys taking driving the whole process from planning and collecting input, to executing, delivering and evaluating the results
• Skilled in communication, Social Media and digital marketing and want to drive, develop and execute strategies for our partners and respondent community using various channels and methods
• Able and willing to work strategically and hands-on simultaneously
• Confident and proactive in the way you approach challenges
• Thriving in multicultural and flat organizational structures


We expect you to have:

• Minimum a completed bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business or related field
• A close-to-native level of English, both written and spoken
• Experience from sales, digital marketing, communications or similar field
• Experience in project management

At Potentialpark, we help globally operating companies with market research in the fields of employer branding, talent communication and online recruiting.Throughout the year, we conduct quantitative and qualitative research that includes career-related surveys on students and graduates around the globe to monitor communication trends and capture the preferences and frustrations, as well as evaluations of thousands of communications channels.

Varaktighet, arbetstid
Full-time position in Gamla Stan, Stockholm, Sweden. Not possible to work remotely. IMPORTANT: Valid EU passport or work permit is mandatory. If you are not an EU citizen, please indicate the permit you currently have and its conditions of validity.
