Position description
We are looking for a qualified person with solid experience from purchasing and business development. You will have a central position and lead large partnership projects and negotiations in cooperation with a committed network.
The responsibility is to drive implementation of new partnerships to support Volvo Penta technology and business development. This includes building good external relationships, negotiate contracts, and make sure that all company functions are represented.
As Partnership manager you need very good communication and coordination skills. You should be comfortable in taking responsibility and ownership to deliver results.
The position also includes the responsibility to lead, maintain, and develop existing partnerships in cooperation with stakeholders in our company.

Responsibilities:
Work with internal stakeholders to map and align need for partnerships
Build strategic plan for partnership roadmap
Drive new partnership scouting and proactively propose opportunities
Lead new partnership projects and agreement development
Manage existing partnership and business relationship development, act as" Key account manager"
Deliver on decided KPI's and meet targets and objectives

Important competences:
Solid experience in purchasing and business management
Leadership and project management experience
Good flexibility with a can-do attitude
Experience of complex business agreements
Comfortable in large business development projects
Teamwork, network, and collaboration skills at all levels
Excellent communication skills
Strong strategic thinking
