Partnership Lead
As a partnership lead, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of partner projects, ensuring that every project you own is delivered on time within budget and scope and meets our partner's expectations.
Being service-oriented, having good interpersonal skills, building long-lasting positive relationships, and being an effective communicator with keen attention to detail are essential to be successful in this role. Additionally, being well-versed in Yangi technology is a must as you will be the first point of contact within our company for partners in your portfolio.
Main responsibilities:
Take ownership and drive forward a portfolio of partner projects
Manage partner satisfaction by anticipating challenges ahead of time, addressing and solving them before they become a threat to the partnership
Create long- and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines, ensuring resource availability and allocation from both parties
Coordinate and delegate project tasks internally to colleagues best positioned to complete them, requesting regular progress updates to ensure the project timeline is adhered to
Work closely with our R&D department, be well-versed in our dry forming technology, and together with colleagues, plan, execute, evaluate, and report on lab trials. (Practical lab work is required.)
Serve as the main point of contact for colleagues when multiple departments/individuals are needed on the same project to ensure the team's actions remain in synergy
Perform regular check-ins with partners, keeping them accountable to deliver on promises and tasks they are responsible for
Serve as the main point of contact within the company for the partner, answering any questions related to the project's progress and our technology
Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project and provide concrete guidance on what everyone needs to do and the most efficient way to complete each step
Give progress status updates to your direct manager and the management team
Perform quality control on the project's deliverables to maintain a high standard, meeting the partner's expectations
Adjust schedules and targets on the project as priorities or needs for the project change
Coordinate the development of training, marketing materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover to our partner
Identify and develop new opportunities to deepen our collaboration with partners, generating additional sales opportunities by proposing a clear path forward that is linked to our company vision and goals

Qualifications
Bachelor/Master of Science or equivalent with at least five years of experience in project management and/or equivalent industrial experience from the pulp, paper, or packaging industries.
Proven track record as a project manager delivering outstanding results to partners in an international setting (initiation, planning, budgeting, follow-up, communication, documentation, validation, controlling and forecasting of costs, customer/supplier/stakeholder management, etc.)
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English (Verbal & Written)
A plus if you can work in Swedish
A plus if you have experience in product design and/or CAD
A plus if you have industrial experience from the pulp, paper, or packaging industries.
