www.bwingames.seAre you a charismatic and exciting presenter? Do you have a passion for people and helping them learn? An exciting opportunity has arisen as our Partner Training Manager is going on maternity leave and we need to find an ambitious temp eager to fill her shoes.
Ongame Network is the B2B entity within bwin Games AB. As the Partner Training Manager you will report directly to the Section Head of the Partner Management team. You will have full autonomy of course development and facilitation; for our current and future B2B partners.
Your role
As the Partner Training Manager your main tasks are to deliver training to partners who are about to launch on any of our networks or to add new products. You need to keep up to date with product and system changes, collaborate with product management, technical teams and package all this knowledge into product and system training material. To succeed you must be customer focused and excellent in customer communications. You must be able to explain and sell our products and services. You must be self-driven and able to chase up information when it is not provided to you.
You will liaise with our partners directly to plan, prepare and deliver training programs according to business needs. As most of our training is done at our partner?s locations you must enjoy travelling and staying a week out of town cannot be a problem.
In this role you are not only considered a resource for the sales team and occasionally take part in pre-sales activities, you are also an internal resource with the best overview of our offering.
Skills and experience
Minimum 2 year experience in training and assessment or education role
Poker knowledge and experience within the online gaming industry
Exposure to creating engaging and concise training resources, including documentation writing, newsletters and other training materials
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Fluency in English is a requirement.
A friendly, out-going personality and excellent interpersonal skills are required, as you will be required to liaise with all levels of seniority internally and with our partners
An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with a flexible approach to tasks and workloads/responsibilities
A maturity to be able to handle the fast paced industry of online gaming
