Titel: Partner Technical Consultant
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Technical & Business Advice and Guidance
Help along the partner and project life cycle, by supporting all kind of business and technical requests from specific "How to" questions up to deep technical discussions on customer solutions.
• Best Practice Recommendation and Guidance - Providing recommendations to Partners on ad-hoc questions, based on Microsoft standards, best practices, case studies and proven solutions;
• Presales and Competitive Sales Guidance - Assist partners in accelerating their sales cycle by evaluating specific solution requirements, and identifying the best Microsoft solution for the end customer. Equip Partners with all feature & functional details; resources like demonstration toolkits, discussion guides and competitive insights to support the Partner in the sales process to Win the opportunity. Involve and engage with partner facing sales and field roles to assure a solid integration with our commercial sales teams.
• Deployment & Architectural Guidance - Provide custom guidance, 1:1 workshops, best practices, customized information and technical migration assistance to drive efficient and solid deployments of Microsoft Solutions from previous Microsoft, or Competitive technologies.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Bachelor degree within a technical discipline or as an alternative 3-5 years of experience in a function which related to this job; Current Microsoft Technical certification(s) (e.g. MCSE, MCSA) count as a plus, in more detail we ask for the following:
Technical:
• Good technical- and business knowledge, enhanced with a good market understanding within flowing MS Workload Area and related Microsoft Technologies.
• Good insight on Features and Solution components, and Best Practices
• Architecture knowledge of MS Workload area
• Knowledge in minimum one competitive product for solution area
• Hands-on project experience, delivering Customer/Partner technical advice, or development, within required MS Workload area
• Demonstrated passion for Microsoft solutions and technologies
Professional:
• Possess strong Active Listening skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, for global collaboration and the ability to consume international readiness material and standard documentations about Microsoft solutions
• Ability to confidently deliver advice and solution guidance in 1:1 and 1:many (Webinars) scenarios
• Ability to analyze and qualify (scoping & probing) partner challenges and their end customer business requirements
• Capable of building and sustaining solid transactional relationships to be recognized as trusted advisor
• Systematic and organized, with the ability to effectively prioritize and balance various workloads
• Spoken & written English language skills for global collaboration and to understand documentation using English as the business language.
