Cint is looking for a Partner Success Executive to join our team at our global headquarters in Stockholm. You will be part of the EMEA Partner Success Team and will work on a variety of administrative tasks to provide first line support to our supply partners and our Sales and Customer Success teams.

The ideal candidate is driven and motivated, enjoys client service, has a strong eye for detail and thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments.

Role responsibilities:
Support supply partners in EMEA through a variety of administrative tasks
Support Sales and Customer Success teams on quality issues
Navigate and maintain up-to-date internal records in, but not limited to, NetSuite (CRM), Zendesk and Microsoft applications
Support for special projects

You enjoy customer/partner service and have an aptitude to build strong relationships
Your communication, verbal and written, is articulate and succinct
You are self-motivated, proactive, and are driven to improve and succeed
You have pride in your work and are committed to hold yourself accountable to the highest standards
You are a team play with a fun and open-minded personality
You are empathetic and supportive - it's necessary to fit with our culture

Preferred Skills, Experience & Abilities:
Demonstrable experience in executing process-driven tasks
Able to multi-task and has a strong attention to detail
University/College degree
Fluent in English (writing, reading, speaking), additional language skills are a plus
Experience from the Market Research industry is an advantage
Bonus points: Social Selling experience, a strong LinkedIn and digital profile and an understanding of solution selling methodologies
