We are looking for our next hero in channel sales for our DACH region - a hungry and ambitious sales person to join our successful DACH team.

At Clavister you will work as a member of an expanding company and part of a great team. The Partner Success Manager's primary function is to retain and grow existing business with dedicated Partners. The role includes managing the renewal sales, assisting with run-rate orders, and acting as a concierge for the partner inside Clavister.

In this job you will, as a team player, make use of your sales skills and focus on creating joint success together with our partners. Main tasks and duties

• Renewals and Up-Sell to existing customers
• Secure a smooth flow of renewal orders through the partner and distributor
• Manage run-rate-related tasks such as license questions and order processing
• Arrange and be the driver of meetings with Partners
• Build great Partner relationships
• Collaborate with sales managers to follow up on lead progress and opportunities for partners on a daily basis
• Handle incoming operational issues
• Follow up on support escalations, being the customer advocate in support discussions
• Create or drive content creation for partners that helps and educate them on our products, services and Clavister tools
• Analyze and enhance our current and future process with a mindset of automating repetitive tasks

Your personal traits

• Highly organized and structured in your work

• Self-starter and ability to take own initiative to get the job done

• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationship

• Fluent in German, Excellent proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing
• IT Industry experience
• Selling mindset and basic selling skills
• Able to present progress and status towards the different stakeholders both internal and externally

Knowledge, skills and experience

• Experience from working with sales in the IT industry, preferably the network security industry

• Sales Experience

• Good relationship building skills

• Strong administrative skills in terms of managing e.g CRM and Renewal business in a structured manner.

• Strong communication skills

• Good Office Suite skills (especially Excel)

• Good Reporting Skills
