Through these partnerships, we get access to local knowledge, infrastructure and talent whilst they get access to our amazing brands and retail excellence. H&M Group today works with 5 main franchise partners and are present, with around 250 stores, in 18 markets, located in the Middle East, North Africa, Israel, Southeast Asia and Central America.
We launched our first franchise driven HM.com site in 2018 and we are now live with 8 online markets and 4 marketplaces - with many more to come. The H&M Group has a team supporting our partners based at the Head Office in Stockholm. In this team we work to create the best conditions for our partners' in order to achieve our ambitious targets and deliver on our brand plan. Expanding into new markets, new channels through new partnerships will be key for our growth for the years to come. We are now looking for a new Partner Strategy Lead to join our diverse and dynamic team as we look to take the Franchise business to the next level.
Job Description
As Partner Strategy Lead, you set a cross functional and cross brand strategy to include (Branding, Marketing, Assortment, Buying Stores & Online) to deliver an updated approach to drive improved Sales, Brand Customer Experience and Profitability in the Region
You are a relationship focused individual with strong communication skills and a "get things done" attitude. You perform your work in close collaboration with the franchise team, franchise, partners and support functions.
Franchise is a hybrid between a region and global function and hence many of the things we work on differ from the global way of working. You need to be able to roll up your sleeves and solve all the different problems that comes your way.
Key responsibilities:
Set a roadmap and execute upon a plan to create local relevance for the region.
Ensure Franchise Markets growth and profitability for the Franchise Partner.
Act as Senior Programme Manager to help set and ensure full execution of a key Franchise Partners Business Plan to turnaround the business in a critical business Region.
Work with our Franchise Partners and become key account manager for them to enable growth and support them in the execution of the strategy.

Qualifications
To be successful in the role as Partner Strategy, you are commercially driven & results oriented. You can handle several different topics and projects simultaneously and are used to working in an environment of ambiguity, uncertainty and limited information. You have the ability to zoom out of the day-to-day tasks to identify long-term strategic needs and can define effective long-term plans in line with broader brand and franchise direction.
You enjoy teamwork and collaborate effectively with a group of diverse people to achieve set goals and targets. You have a strong business mindset, communicate well and you are comfortable in making decisions. And also have proven Program and/or Project management.

What you need to succeed:
Demonstrated experience of working in a complex environment and managing and negotiating with several different stakeholder
Very strong communication skills are essential
