Serviceware - Partner Sales Manager The Serviceware channel organization is an essential part of the Serviceware growth strategy, which intends to generate and win business opportunities from new and from existing customers through an indirect sales approach. We are starting to grow this area by expanding relationships into new countries. Therefore, we are looking for regional professionals who are eager to establish new successful partnerships and grow existing in the region. You will report to the Director of Channel Business, be responsible for aquiring new partners, managing existing relationships in your country, and grow a solid business pipeline through such partners in the region. You will be directly involved in large projects, on which the partners work jointly with Serviceware account managers. Your job is to ensure that the partner has the ability and the confidence to participate in any given business opportunity. Skills / Requirements ? 3+ years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions - directly or through partners. ? Understanding of the major IT/Enterprise Service Management challenges customers are facing today ? Knowledge and skills mastering customer buying behavior ? Ability to analyze sales opportunities and drive actions to progress and close deals ? Thorough understanding of how to generate pipelines with a channel partner ? Clear understanding of interaction between channel partner and account managers ? Good IT sales application skills and ability to comfortably understand new systems ? Highly developed communication skills - written and verbal ? University degree or comparable Personality profile ? Self-motivated ? Proficiency in organizational skills ? Good customer facing skills ?
