Role overview As a Partner Recruiter at Benifex, you'll help ensure our Nordic marketplace offers a broad, high-quality, and locally relevant range of employee benefits. You'll identify and onboard new benefit partners across different categories - from wellness and commuting to retail and lifestyle - ensuring our customers and their employees have access to a competitive and engaging benefit selection. This role is based in our Stockholm or Gothenburg office, with a hybrid setup - spending about 50% of your time collaborating on-site.
Responsibilities
Identify, attract, and recruit new benefit partners that align with Benifex's Marketplace goals and category priorities.
Prospect, assess, and onboard partners to ensure a high-quality and high-volume flow.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure new partners are properly set up and compliant.
Keep track of partner activity and progress using Jira and/or Excel.
Stay updated on trends, new players, and opportunities in the employee benefits market.
What we are looking for 1-2 years of experience in sales development, talent headhunting, telesales, new business sales, or a directly relevant role.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple partners and tasks at once.
Proactive and curious - you enjoy reaching out, making connections, and driving things forward.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Bonus points for:
Experience within HR tech, marketplaces, or the employee benefits industry.
Knowledge of Jira/JSM and Excel.
Previous experience in partner relations, onboarding, or vendor management.
