To fuel our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and strategic thinker with an execution mindset who will join our Partner Strategy and Excellence Team as a Partner Operations Specialist.

What you would be doing

As a Partner Operations Specialist you will develop the relationship with our partners by setting up incentives to make it even more attractive for partners to work with Klarna. You will work closely with the person responsible for setting up our Partner Program and you will make sure that we have tools, processes and people in place to support our ability to scale our partnership business.

This can for example be:

Implementation of an external facing partner portal that will be our line of communication and interaction interface towards our Partners.
Identifying and driving improvements in our workflows and tools.
Develop strategies and concepts for how we approach and work with our partners.

Working closely with the Partner Strategy team & a variety of internal and external stakeholders across the entire company
Running various projects independently as well as implement our partner portal
Communication with various stakeholders on different levels as well as an ability to take ownership, responsibility and independently drive the projects you are running
Taking pride of your analytical skill set and are good at coming up with new and creative ideas
We see that you have an academic background and ideally a few years of work experience where you are used to collecting insights and driving projects. You can also be an excellent graduate with some relevant experience acquired during your internships and has potential to grow into this role. If you have worked with channel sales and/or with Salesforce CRM previously, this would be beneficial.
