Excited to be part of something new? We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join our Digital Innovation & Strategy team in Digital X!
AFRY is now creating a new unit, Digital X, to excel in our digital offerings to our clients. In Digital X we will work with the digital strategy and overall portfolio. We will manage the lifecycle of digital solutions, including development, maintenance and operation.
As Partnership Manager at Digital Innovation & Strategy, your responsibility is to develop and manage the strategic partnership agenda, to lead and manage our strategic partnership accounts, and to develop and generate business opportunities together with our partners. The Partnership Manager has an important role in the Digital X's development and will work close to Digital X management and to our business divisions.

Strategic partnership agenda
Develop and manage the strategic partnership agenda to support AFRY's digital strategy and Digital X portfolio development
Derive implications of overall AFRY digital strategy on partnerships and recommend next strategic steps using strategic partners
Ensure alignment of the strategic partnership agenda with the divisions
Strategic partnership management
Manage existing partnerships relating to existing digital solutions and other collaborations
Identify and assess new strategic partners including digital technology, business- and innovation partners
Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and manage a strategic partnership portfolio
Arrange activities together with strategic partners
Partnership business development
Generate business opportunities together with strategic partners
Together with sales, build business cases and drive sales together with strategic partners
Help the divisions to benefit from the strategic partnerships
Drive innovation together with strategic partners
Who are you?
We are searching for an experienced individual in partnership management. To be successful in this role at Digital Strategy & Innovation we think that you have excellent communication- and teamwork skills and that you thrive in a coworker- and possibility-oriented environment.
A highly valued skill is great attention to relations and a strong business acumen. We value your personality and mindset, as well as previous work experience, a relevant University degree is considered a merit. We also consider experience from one or more of our core transforming segments is preferred (infrastructure, food and life science, bioindustry, clean energy) to be a strong merit.
Formal requirements
Senior experience in strategic partnership management, preferably including management of digital partners, business partners, and innovation partners
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Business oriented with strong customer focus
Good understanding of digital business and what part AFRY can play in the ecosystem
Fluent in verbal and written English, Swedish is a merit
