Your To Do 's:
• Develop and own the end to end Partnership Strategy and Execution for the Swedish market
• Establishing and maintaining a strategy partner, pipeline management and forecasting
• Identifying and introducing strategies to scout Swedish partners to extend reach
• Identifying target segments and industry verticals
• Selecting channels, weight and targets the team should focus on
• Creating meaningful reporting to help base decisions on
• Advise the HQ regarding the Swedish market, in particular customer experience and localization needs

Our International Department is looking for an innovative, hands-on and numbers driven Partner Manager for our Swedish market based in either Stockholm or Munich. The Partner Management team is critical to the success of the international business as it represents the forefront of our business, scouting for and recruiting cooperation partners that match our brand and that will help extend our reach. The ideal candidate has experience introducing and maintaining a partnership pipeline development process and ensuring pipeline coverage and quality.

• 5+ Experience in successfully growing and managing an opportunity pipeline with partners
• 5+ Experience in developing long term strategic relationship including building plans and execution against strict timelines
• Strong program management skills with a focus on delivering scalable programs
• Fluent in Swedish and English, an additional European language is a plus
• A plus: Experience in online retail, the fashion industry and/or (performance) marketing.
