Our products/services
Nettbureau creates niche online marketplaces within sectors related to real estate, energy and personal finance. Every year we help millions of users find the right providers of products and services, by making it easier to compare offers and get a good deal.
Our primary client offering to B2B clients is access to warm, relevant leads in a convenient, cost-efficient and GDPR-compliant manner.

Your position
To boost our growth and permit us to launch new services, we are now expanding our team in Germany/Austria, Denmark and Portugal with a Partner Manager for each. If you are proactive, creative, adaptable, hungry for results and want to use your experiences in sales to create and develop new markets, this is your chance!
As Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in your team, with responsibility for your own brands. You will work closely with the respective Country Manager and will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with the C-level group.
Put simply, your job will be to take care of the supply side of our marketplaces, making sure we have a good selection of companies that can offer their products to our users:
Find them: Use your local knowledge to find the right companies
Get their attention: Strong and recognisable brands make it easy to get prospects interested
Sign them: Clients pay based on actual delivery and make no upfront commitments
We keep them happy: Our high lead quality makes them stay on as happy long-term clients

We offer you:
A great work environment in a completely renovated office in the centre of Stockholm or Oslo
Nice and talented colleagues and many social activities
Free choice between Mac/PC, and we cover your internet and phone bill
In addition to your salary, you receive extra funds for e.g. gym membership and your personal development
A flexible job with great possibilities for combining remote and onsite work
The opportunity to be part of a young, energetic company with a lot of growth potential
Space for your professional growth and to accelerate your digital knowledge

Your key responsibilities & tasks will be to:

We are looking for a total of 3 new colleagues to join our respective sales team in Germany/Austria, Denmark and Portugal. It is therefore crucial that when applying for one of these positions as Partner Manger, you are a native speaker in either German, Danish or Portuguese.

Along with proficiency in the required language, you have:
A proven track record in sales, with a 'hunter' mentality
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The ability to convert prospects to clients and maintain enduring customer relationships
A genuine curiosity to learn, try new things and master new skills
The capability to easily adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
A good level of English to be able to communicate with the rest of the team

An entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to proactively develop new business opportunities
A mindset that is strategic, problem-solving and forward-looking
Previous successful B2B sales experience from one of the three target markets and/or our target verticals
Proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish and/or other European languages

The points above are a wish list, not a list of requirements, and the position will be adapted to the one we choose. Regarding language, we might make exceptions from the native qualification if you have full working proficiency in one of the languages (oral being the most important) and the right experience for the role. We like diversity and encourage people from all kinds of backgrounds to apply!
