At nShift's Gothenburg office, located in Rosenlund, there are 60 employees that in some way works with parcel delivery management software. As a Partner Integrations Manager at nShift, you will work with nShift partners and business stakeholders, and your main responsibility will be to ensure correct scoping of projects and support their partners in project requirements and timelines. You will be responsible to drive both best practices and lessons learned within technical project management and to align this with the rest of the organization.
Some of your day-to-day tasks will include:
Ensure all projects are executed and continue to be viable throughout the project lifecycle. Project should be delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties.
Serve as nShift's point of contact throughout the project lifecycle towards our partners.
Ensure all projects are compliant with the nShift project management framework and/or with the framework as agreed with the customer.
Ensure projects are managed through nShift chosen tools and create and maintain project documentation.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The must-haves:
Technical background and knowhow - you need to understand systems and will work closely with the development teams and the integration team.
Experience from technical project management, gathering requirements, technical onboarding, time management, resource and project planning.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
EU Driving license
The nice-to-haves:
Experience logistics and transport administration at a high level.
Experience from enterprise SaaS or equivalent solutions.
Experience of working in nShift systems such as Delivery or Delivery Hub.
