Job Description:

RECA IT & Cloud Sales Support and Delivery unit (formerly EP Core & Cloud) is seeking a highly entrepreneurial Senior Partner Engagement Manager to help build a solid business relationship foundation with existing and upcoming technology (i.e. AWS) and indirect channel partners (i.e. TCS). In this position, you will be responsible for initiating, maintaining, and growing strong partnership relations, and driving collaborative sales engagements with our most strategic partners. The role involves overseeing a wide variety of campaigns and activities to drive increased sales, from identifying and creating relationships with new strategic partners, to working closely with both the inside and field sales teams to ensure we get the most benefit from each of our partners through lead sharing campaigns, marketing programs, incentives, sales and technical training, and events. You will be responsible for generating passion and enthusiasm for IT & Cloud amongst our partner community, fostering a desire to sell IT & Cloud product and services portfolio, and driving partner-led revenue. Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational and communication skills, creativity, and a passion for innovation in growing a business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify strategic partners & in coordination with BU, Indirect Channel Program and CUs to establish sales and business development relationships
• Manage existing relationships, and drive joint sales engagements and collaborative activities in IT & Cloud space. Generate enthusiasm and passion for Ericsson product and services portfolio among partner sales and engineering teams.
• Maintain monthly and quarterly joint engagement and business development plans for top partners and related key accounts.
• Follow up on partner generated leads, develop and maintain joint engagement funnel, facilitate IT & Cloud sales and technical resource engagement in joint activities.
• Update IT & Cloud organization on latest partner developments, offerings, solutions and product portfolio.
• Act as point of contact for the team in collaboration with designated partner sales force.
• In coordination with IT & Cloud unit, CUs, BUs and Indirect Channel Program develop and oversee marketing and business awareness programs to drive sales.
• Propose and in coordination with respective units develop sales and technical trainings and educational events for partners.
• Facilitate communications and deal flow between partner sales force and IT & Cloud unit sales and technology reps
• Collaborate with Indirect Channel Program to support the overall growth of the channel initiative, development of partner facing collateral and sales tools, tracking and internal communication tools, and marketing programs.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in channel management, channel sales, sales operations, or consulting
• Knowledge of Industry solutions, competitive landscape and key customer verticals
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills (client-service oriented mindset)
• Desire to build a world class channel program
• Willingness to travel (~50%)
