Job Description
We are looking for a Partner Communication Lead to join us in building the H&M partner ecosystem with external products & services. In this role you will work in the External Partner Service function responsible for the partner experience for external brands and services. Partner evaluation, communication and successful operations is within our daily responsibility. We are a Service Function securing meaningful relationships between our internal Brands & Units and the external partners within a broad range of products and services. Helping them setting up the operational flow, provide insights, enable expansion to new markets and grow together.
As a Partner Communication Lead, you will build and develop a world class partner experience by producing content, communication and actions needed to strengthen our partner relations along the partner journey. You will act as a business owner for developing tools and products together with business tech that will enhance communication and information sharing with our external partners. The H&M Group should be a preferred partner within areas such as sustainability and operational excellence.
You will work in a collaborative network with internal- and external stakeholders ensuring meaningful relationships through world class account management towards our key partners. You are the voice of the partners in internal forums as well as the voice from H&M Group to partners.
Your range of tasks will include but not be limited to:
Develop and maintain content in our partner hub that is our main point-of-contact digitally towards the partners. We welcome your ideas and creativity to keep pushing the bar for the partner experience
Ensure that H&M as a group has clear and professional communication to our partners adjusted based on partner categorization (tiering)
Arrange forums, newsletters & other communication activities setting up the foundation for a great collaboration between partners and H&M Group
Be responsible for partner communication and activities when new regulations regarding sustainability or compliance are upcoming
Give input to new development or services to be added in our partner program based on partner needs and expectations
Collaborate with assortment/sales to set an efficient value adding account management process for our basic/ emerging/key strategic accounts and contribute to the development of our partner program

To succeed in this role we also see that you have:
Experience in B2B account management or partnership management
Excellent skills in communication and creating content
Great communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
Experience in project management
