As our Recruitment Coordinator you will:
Report to the CEO
• Develop deep knowledge about us and our business, our teams and our people, as well as within talent communication and employer branding
• Work cross-functionally and closely with all hiring managers and ensure excellence in all our recruitment processes
• Build our candidate pipeline for various roles for all our teams; sales, research, digital, marketing and operations
• Set up process and timeline for new roles
• Write and publish job ads and proactively ensure we reach the right candidates through the right channels
• Screen and interview candidates and set up phone calls and meetings
• Follow up and support hiring managers through the process
• Handle rejections
• Support hiring managers in preparing onboarding of new colleagues
• All administration surrounding our recruitment processes and occasionally support the Head of Finance
• Coordinate and allocate budget in collaboration with the Head of Finance

We expect you to:
• Be currently enrolled in an academic education program in pursuit of a higher degree within Human Resources
• Be able to join us for a part-time position with flexible work-hours
• A close-to-native level of English, both written and spoken
• Have previous work experience from recruitment or sales
• Enjoy speaking with and reaching out to candidates over the phone and by email and ensure that the candidate experience is flawless
At Potentialpark, we help globally operating companies with market research in the fields of employer branding, talent communication and online recruiting.Throughout the year, we conduct quantitative and qualitative research that includes career-related surveys on students and graduates around the globe to monitor communication trends and capture the preferences and frustrations, as well as evaluations of thousands of communications channels.
