Purpose: To provide excellent customer service to our students, their parents and employees at Stockholm International School.
DUTIES/PROFILE
Clerical/ Secretarial:
Photocopying
Answering telephone calls and taking messages
Filing
Managing the school cameras and doors
Reception of visitors (Supervising the signing in and out)
To receive and send emails, text messages and faxes, and forward appropriately
To receive and disseminate post and parcels
Assisting in accounts payable and receivable if needed
Communicating with our students and their parents
Actively contributing to the operational needs of the school
Excellent communication skills in English (a must) and Swedish (advantage)
The ability to establish a good rapport with adults and students
A pleasant and friendly personality
The ability to show initiative and work independently
Experience working with students from diverse cultures and countries would be an advantage
To undertake minor first aid as and when required
Aid sick children as and when required
Miscellaneous:
To maintain a welcoming environment and appropriate hospitality for visitors
General typing
Dealing with queries from parents/carers
Undertaking such other tasks as required
Starting August 2016
