BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION
Cooks on an as needed basis for entertainment functions for senior Swedish governmental and business leaders and the diplomatic corps. Also responsible for food purchasing, cleanliness and efficient operations of the kitchen in connection to the events. Identifies need for additional help for large entertainment events.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
All applicants must address each selection criterion detailed below with specific and comprehensive information supporting each item.
Completion of secondary school and vocational school are desirable. Three years of previous experience are desirable. Must be able to prepare food for receptions and for formal seated dinners for larger groups of people. Creativity in the preparation and presentation of food is desirable. Must be able to manage the entire kitchen operation effectively. Level III English ability is desirable.
ADDITIONAL SELECTION CRITERIA
The candidate must be able to obtain and hold a limited security clearance.
