Who you are is more important than how much you can work, meaning that this role is perfect for you if you're studying, trying to start your own business, or just want to enjoy life. We'd like to hear from anyone willing to work anywhere between 20 and 60% (i.e. 8-24 hours a week). Note that you MUST read and write Swedish, Norwegian or Danish flawlessly to apply for this role. At Swiftcourt we're all about simplifying peer-to-peer business. We believe that anyone anywhere should be able to safely make transactions with.. well, anyone anywhere! That's why we work hard to provide people with smart, digital solutions for contracts, payments, and other services related to second-hand sales.
We have an amazing product, over 1 million amazing users, and are growing rapidly. As users increase, so do our support tickets and the need for excellent service. That's where you come in!
What you'll do at Swiftcourt
As a chat agent, your goal is to make our users feel safe and assist them when they bump into obstacles in the user journey. When they express confusion or frustration, you guide them with the same patience and warmth as if you were helping a friend. And we firmly believe that a couple of emojis or a well-timed joke to brighten someone's day never killed nobody!
You'll be answering and following up on incoming queries from users all over Europe over email and chat. The queries vary from legal to technical, meaning you'll need to be a bit of a know-it-all, or at least set out to become one.

As we're still a small and tight-knit team who likes to find our own way, an important part of the job is to collaborate with the rest of Swiftcourt by trying new things, sharing your opinions and suggestions, and thereby finding proven ways of work.

Is this you?
You've completed (or are on your way to completing) your High School Diploma, or have relevant work experience
You have a flexible schedule, allowing you to help us out on weekdays and weekends
You're service-minded
You're good at juggling several tasks at once and are able to chat and type like the wind
You have a positive attitude at the same time as being patient and confident in what you do
You are a self-starter and have no problem taking initiative
You love to learn new things
You're fluent in English and at least one of the Scandinavian languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish)
The cherry on top
You have advanced knowledge of German or another European language
You know some basic HTML and CSS (e.g. from blog editing or similar)
You have a good understanding of basic contract law. Maybe you study law at university or social sciences and law in High School?
Type of employment
We're flexible - as long as you are too. We're looking for the right candidate, who is able to help us anywhere between 8 and 24 hours per week. Preferably you should be available the best parts of Mondays and/or Tuesdays, and potentially a couple of hours each weekend. Interview process: We aim to keep the hiring process short and sweet, where the main focus is to see if you'll thrive with the rest of our team. You'll meet with us about 2-3 times over coffee.
Start date: Again - we're flexible. We'd love to have you join us as soon as possible but are able to wait until April for the right candidate.
