Talentsys Telecom Solutions is searching for a part time Business development manager. Talentsys Telecom Solutions AB Swedish corporate office is located in central Malmö.
Job type: Part time 20 - 25 hours/week

Location: Malmö
Responsibilities
Basic responsibilities: You will be responsible for the overall activity of our branch office in Malmo and shall be the point-of-contact for all clients and Talent employees, working in Sweden.
General elements of your responsibility:
Day-to-day documentation\paperwork for Talent's activity
Close collaboration with existing customers
Discovering new opportunities and new clients
Business development strategy
Occasional interpretation assistance (Swedish - English)
Correspondence with the employees & clients via electronic and postal mail
Liaison responsibilities:
Liaison with payroll processing company
Liaison with the Swedish clients and the Talent head offices in USA
Regular coordination with Talent USA offices about employees related work
Coordination with the Swedish authorities as required
Additional responsibilities:
As Talent has employees working in several cities in Sweden, you may need to travel as-and-when needed
Expected traits & qualifications:
Bachelor in Business administration, experience with marketing and sales.
Talent being an international company, bulk of our technical work force come from the Asian subcontinent. You are expected to work with employees and clients from varying backgrounds, nationalities and cultures.
Also:
As you will be responsible for virtually all activities of Talent Swedish branch, it is expected that you are a person who is outgoing, organised and keen to take initiatives
You are expected to be a person keen to take responsibilities
You are expected to find "solutions" to the day-to-day functional office problems
Excellent English and Swedish language skills, both verbally and written
Good knowledge of PC tools, emails and internet required for general functioning in any office environment
Knowledge and interest of the Telecommunications industry is an advantage
Experience of working with multinational companies or international exposure might be an advantage
