hela Sverige Our small Swedish company HM Group is growing and we are looking for one part time (~60%) junior assistant to join our international team in Sweden
Our company has a small office in Stockholm and one small office in Uppsala. The placement can be either in Uppsala or Stockholm. It is currently our management team in sales, product development and support that would need a part time assistant. We currently offer our solution in over 20 countries and have many international projects in hardware and software development.

Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
No prior experience is necessary. It is currently our management team in sales, product development and support that would need a part time assistant. We currently offer our solution in over 20 countries and have many international projects in hardware and software development. Your main job will be to support the management team with administrative tasks in the office. For example you can receive incoming orders and inform of our products, prices and delivery conditions. We may be sending out letters to customers that we may need help with.
We expect you to work comfortably with computers and have some interest in IT since we are an IT company and our Intranet is Online.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
At the office you will be able to speak Spanish, Swedish, Polish and/or English, English being the "official" office language. We mainly offer hardware and software to retailers in English speaking European countries. We can offer you many responsibilities within your working tasks and we will require that you can work independently on those tasks. If you think it could be fun to learn the basics of the Swedish language in your spare time we can help you attend a part time Swedish course. Swedish is not necessary for the current position and no prior knowledge necessary. We have the documentation and initial learning included in the first weeks. Please enclose your university grades and references. We will invite the applicants to an interview where more detailed questions can be answered. We expect you to work comfortably with computers and have some interest in IT since we are an IT company and our Intranet is Online.

The first year we offer a salary of 13 900 sek per month (139 SEK / hour) for a part time position (100 hours per month). Vacation benefits are included (semesterersättning ingår).
