Job description
We are looking for a Part Specialist, to join the After Market Team based in Karlskrona.
The Parts Specialist reports to the Team Leader Parts and will have the following responsibilities:
Master data management and maintenance of parts portfolio
Inventory control and stock planning
Parts lifecycle management
Aftermarket pricing in an international environment
Engineering changes follow-up
Global customer support with end customers, dealers and distribution centers
Parts set-up and other parts related issues in projects
Spare parts proposals and tender quotations
Prepare drafts for campaigns
Initiate new improved parts solutions
Educational requirements:
• We are looking for a candidate with a Technical education and background
• Understanding/knowledge of aftermarket tools, SAP as well as MS Office, PPT, Word, Excel
• Knowledge in design drawings
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
Experience/Knowledge:
We are looking for a person with service experience and customer oriented thinking. A good awareness of the Road Construction business/product range is preferred to implement a good customer support strategy.
It 's preferable if the candidate has experience of Dynapac Road Construction Equipment.
