Description
The Tetra Pak European Carton Gable Top organization support the local markets with focus on Gable Top packaging material supply and additional closures. From a market strategic view each country is looked upon as a local market, with a strong focus on the customers. Each customer shall be offered the complete product portfolio, from marketing development to technical services and packaging material.
The position is based in Lund, but this position includes frequent travelling to visit customers.
Main responsibilities
• Actively market the company products and services with customers
• Suggest technical/commercial solutions in order to meet customer requirements and increasing demands
• Be expert in discussions with customers and the development organisation, transfer/translate customer demands to the correct internal stakeholders
• Manage and deliver expert business solutions
Qualifications
We are looking for a person with a drive to add value to the team and the business. Building relations comes easy to you and you are good at listening and creating trust. You are diplomatic but not afraid to deal with conflict and change. Your focus is more on solutions than problems.
Understanding of the challenges/changes in the market place and its customers in combination with a drive to keep the customer in focus are prerequisites.
You have a technical education and together with your experience this has given you a broad knowledge within the technical area. Experience from the food industry and working with filling machines is a prerequisite. It is a clear advantage if you have experience from the dairy and/or juice industry.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a merit.
