The role as Panel Manager
As a Panel Manager you will be a part of Tobii ATTEX team and get the exciting opportunity to take ownership of our panel strategy and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our attention data exchange platform.
This is a new role at Tobii and we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded new college to join our team as a Panel Manager. You will be reporting to Director of Attention Data and be located in Stockholm preferably.

The two big focus areas in the role as Panel Manager includes;
Panel Strategy Development
Develop and execute a comprehensive panel strategy that aligns with our business objectives and positions us as a leader in the attention data industry. You have the overall responsibility for our global attention panel.
Lead the negotiation with our panel vendors
Define key metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and impact of our panel initiatives, such as recruitment speed, panel recruitment and maintenance cost, data quality
Panel lifecycle
Oversee the ongoing management and maintenance of our panel, ensuring high-quality data collection and participant engagement.
Continuously monitor panel health, implementing measures to improve data quality and minimize participant attrition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data collection methodologies and incentive models that capture comprehensive attention metrics.
To be successful in this role, we believe you have:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., market research, data science, business).
Proven experience in panel management, with a strong understanding of panel lifecycle and strategy development.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written in English. French is a plus!
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and driving change in the industry.
