The Role
The new Paint Specialist will be part of the Paint Team at the Plasman factory in Simrishamn, leading the daily work as well as strategic initiatives within the area.
Responsibilities
• Overall responsibility for the technical aspects of the painting process
• Analyse, develop and improve processes and methods within painting
• Work actively with Kaizen
• Development with scrap and cleanliness
• Set structures and contribute to the daily work within painting and that all processes run smoothly
• Overlook and improve project management
• Customer demands
• Improve efficiency
• Improve proactiveness
• Work with standardization
• Work with different KPI's
