We are looking for a Paid Social Media specialist to our head office, located in the heart of Gothenburg (in the Central station)!
Your role in our team.
You are a part of our Global Sales department, working globally with all our markets and with the common goal to optimize the costumer experience, maximize global sales, KPI's and profitability by a digital first mindset.
We understand that you are curious to know more about the role! Here are some examples of work tasks: As our Paid Social Media Specialist, you define, manage and continuously review our social media ad strategy and execute it internally and through Lindex external media agencies. Your work is to ensure maximum ROAS, engagement and traffic volumes allowed by the budget in all relevant markets. Constantly striving for further optimization, you are updated on retail trends and suggest development to improve Lindex business opportunities within SoMe. You are a key stakeholder into relevant content planning and production teams to ensure suitable creative content in our campaigns and landing pages. You are responsible so that all technical and process requirements are met for proper SoMe channel buying and analysis to be possible.
This is a substitute position, approximately one year.

Also, this probably sounds like you:
Academic degree in Economics or Business
Experience with performance media budget planning, performance prognosis and optimizing towards ROAS-type goals
Experience of running large-budget Facebook ad accounts with ecom conversion goals, at an agency or inhouse
Experience with media buying and optimization in Smartly.io (or a comparable media buying tool)
As this role include the responsibility of managing our Affiliate Marketing program, we see that you also have previous experience in affiliate marketing
