To be successful in this role means that you are able to see what we have done and take charge and deliver long-term goals. You are a star at optimizing our ads and content to deliver great CTR and CR results. We know that you are comfortable with working towards set KPIs, but make sure we always are on the top of our game, even if it means challenging the way we have planned. As we work on a global level this role requires that you deliver on a local market, but also takes the lead of our global perspective and cooperations with digital agencies worldwide. You are probably also a wizard in Google Data Studio and Analytics and present reports that stakeholders can follow throughout the entire process. You are also probably an early adopter of new platforms and can present new channels that you believe is worth our attention.
You will be a part of our in-house marketing team and will be a key player in our tight and inspiring crew. You will have a team of creative & communicative peers to support your position and as a part of the marketing team you are reporting to our Head of global marketing.

Role Focus
Creating, optimizing and controlling ads on paid channels
Proactive in finding best suitable ad channels
Developing and optimizing our SEO content on our websites
Take lead on outsourced SEO SEM SMM resources
Deliver results based upon set KPIs
Build and deliver reports from Google Data Studio orsimilar set-up
Provide key insights to content producers.
Your skills and background
2+ years of experience managing digital ads such as Facebook, Google & YouTube
Experience in working with platforms such as Snapchat, Pinterest and Tiktok is a plus, but not mandatory
2+ years of experience working with SEO optimization
Experience in Google Analytics & Data Studio
Experience within the e-commerce industry
Logistics-related experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Experience within B2B marketing is a plus, but not mandatory
Fluent in English. Knowledge of Finnish, Dutch or German is a plus, but not mandatory
Proactive & Problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage and prioritize workload independently
Experience in HubSpot and Microsoft Clarity is a plus, but not mandatory
