Epidemic Sound is looking for a dynamic Paid Media Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing the creation and optimization of campaigns across various platforms, requiring a focus on data analysis, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adaptability to the evolving digital advertising landscape. As a key contributor to our digital advertising efforts, you will work closely with teams such as brand marketing and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

Create and optimize campaigns across the entire paid media funnel to achieve established goals.

Analyze and interpret data, offering support for continuous improvement of campaign performance.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns, content development and strategic alignment.

Demonstrate strong communication skills to share insights and recommendations clearly.

Actively respond to changing market conditions to adjusting campaigns and initiatives accordingly.

Requirements

Candidates should have an education in digital marketing or a related field, coupled with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing a solid understanding of digital advertising and campaign management.

Essential skills include hands-on experience with ad management platforms like Smartly, Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager amongst others, and proven abilities in analytical tools for comprehensive performance analysis.

The role requires adaptability to the dynamic digital advertising landscape, as you would be expected to respond promptly to changing market conditions. A collaborative mindset is crucial for effective engagement with cross-functional teams.

Successful candidates should demonstrate a genuine passion for digital marketing, creative development, and brand building. A results-driven mindset is critical, focusing on achieving established goals and key performance indicators

Attention to detail is key for managing intricate campaign elements, and should possess a proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying challenges and proposing informed solutions to optimize campaigns.
