What will you do?
Your responsibility includes developing our tactics, hands on optimization and setting requirements on global media agency to achieve the best possible outcome for the business.
• Accountable for defining and driving the strategy for bought digital channels.
• Accountable for developing tactics for ongoing optimization including audiences, placements, formats, creatives, bid management, budgets etc.
• Responsible for tracking, optimizing and reporting on relevant KPIs for Display and Online Video.
• Responsible for maximizing ROI from bought digital channels investments.
• Contribute as a thought-leading, subject matter expert and customer advocate.

Your required skills:
• Proven extensive experience working with Display & OLV both strategically and operational.
• Strong understanding of data-driven methodology to improve performance.
• Good understanding of personalization and individualization in digital marketing.
• Experience from working in a multi-cultural company and in cross-regional marketing
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and comfortable communicating with internal colleagues such as marketers, analysts and other stakeholders as well as external partners such as agencies.
