hela Sverige To support companies in the liquid food packaging industry with solid expertise on designated packaging equipment systems.
RESPONSIBILITY:
• Coordinate (on site) the Installation/decommissioning of Filling and distribution Equipment.
• Secure that adequate preventive and predictive maintenance is performed on time and in line with cost expectations.
• Drive resolution (trouble shooting) of system and technology malfunction.
• Report technical issues and resolution activities to equipment supplier for permanent eradication of malfunction root cause(s).
• Identify opportunities for improving client output, increasing product quality and lowering operational costs using data points provided by the equipment.
• Actively secure that equipment is up to date through Rebuilding/Upgrade Kit installations.
• Support production execution hands-on by visually monitor the packaging equipment behaviour.
• Formally and informally train client production and technical personal and provide hands-on coaching when needed .
• Support client technicians in their long-term ambition to become selfsufficient with routine technical tasks (if applicable).
• Build and maintain a professional workmanship and secure a relevant network with clients and colleagues.
Specific competences required:
Fluent in English, problem solving skills, project tools knowledge, ability to aggregate data points for decision making, able to exercise informal authority.
Competence development path:
i. Two years theoretical training in the Mechanical field, together with mechatronic and Automation courses
ii. Year 3-5 is practical training, combined with equipment specific theoretical training, gradually becoming independant
iii. From year 5 you are considered as a fully trained
iv. After year 10 you can qualify as a technical specialist.
The technologies are unique, complex and covered by world-wide patents which makes it difficult for nonauthorised engineers to get access to training and development.
