Description
Ericsson is increasing its focus on efficient packaging solutions. We need you and your technical engineering skills to improve the packaging material area. You and your colleagues will support Gävle's production lines with efficient packaging solutions for global deliveries.
As a Packaging Engineer you are keen to grow professionally. You will work in close cooperation with Ericsson's product design units and our suppliers. You will analyze logistic flows and be involved in the development of both new and existing packaging solutions for assigned projects - this includes verifications and documentation. The main overall task is to minimize the total cost. You will work both independently and participate in projects; in some cases you will act as sub-project leader. You will cooperate with packaging engineers within Ericsson worldwide, helping us to set the standards for the future.
A good sense of humor is important and you are able to "think outside the box."
Qualifications
• Experience of working with technical problems and their commercial effects
• Experience of drawings and documentation
• Good written and spoken Swedish and English
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to cooperate and share knowledge and information
• Good planning and documentation abilities and a love of challenge
• It is good if you also have experience from packaging material design
• A university degree is preferred, but not required.
