hela Sverige Vi söker för vår kund AstraZenecas räkning en Packaging Co-ordinator för konsultuppdrag med start omgående som löper 12 månader framåt.
The role:
As a Packaging Co-ordinator you would work within the Global External Sourcing (GES) team within Global Operations. You will be an active member of both the Establish New Supply to Customer and the Supply to Customer process, with daily interactions with suppliers, customers and other roles within GES.
The Packaging Co-ordinator role within GES incorporates the conventional activities associated with implementing artwork changes to packaging components in line with Marketing Company requirements. They will represent the artwork team on NPI (New Product Introduction) projects and introduction of new supplier projects.
The role holder will need to communicate effectively with all functions involved in the implementation of artwork changes whilst maximising efficiencies for the business. They will work and communicate on a daily basis on pack change projects and determine priorities in order to make the right decisions with the customer in focus.
The work is executed in a global environment, with strong focus on cross-functional collaboration with other roles such as Supply Chain Leads, QA, Customer Relationship Managers, Supply Chain Co-ordinators, Asset Planners, Project Managers and Supplier Relationship Managers.
Principal accountabilities
• Responsible for Co-ordinating Artwork Projects with Marketing Companies, internal functions within AZ and Contract Manufacturers
• Act as the primary point of contact with suppliers and customers regarding AZ pack changes.
• Is confident in risk management (eg. can identify when artwork needs to be fast tracked). Can monitor progress of prioritised projects and escalate where necessary.
• Is competent in the GAZELLE system and can agree and embed processes and ways of working with new suppliers in Gazelle, ensuring full compliance.
• Strive to deliver consistency with the GES supply management framework i.e. one way of working across the organisation regardless of geographic location or portfolio.
Minimum Requirements - Education and Experience:
• The role holder should have experience in the field of packaging coordination/packaging development and:
• Has knowledge and understanding of the AZ Global Labelling Business Process
• Has an understanding of ways of working with External Artwork Studio, Central Graphics team, suppliers and Marketing Companies.
• Is competent in the Gazelle system
• Has sufficient skills and knowledge of the supply planning processes to be able to deliver changes to product's packaging materials in cooperation with Supply planners and Customer Liaison Partners and in line with market implementation dates.
• The role holder should have minimum 3 years supply chain experience - knowledge in Planning or Regulatory would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills are required as working collaboratively with customers, artwork studios and suppliers is a key part of this role.
• The role holder must be confident in making effective decisions
• The role holder must be fluent in spoken and written English.
