In this role, you as an expert will drive complex issues to restore safe production. Support NPI, PD and PLC activities. Build and share Package Performance and MMI competence. Support Expert Service opportunities.
What you will do
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis with aid of prevailing problem-solving methodologies
Participate in NPI, PD and PLC activities driving field test, validation, and verification activities
Drive and support developing, verification and implementing CS, SCS and PS for Package and PM/AM issues
Support System Performance issues within the area of Package Performance
Support and participate in all relevant Ro026 activities when it come risk assessments, validations and market deployment
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.

To be successful in this role you need to be a committed person with strong personal drive. You are a self-motivated, pedagogic communicator and presenter who can easily adapt and learn new things. You have a proven track record of working successfully in teams, sharing learnings and enable continuous improvements. Key is to act with fact-based decision-making and ability to change direction.
We believe you have a University degree within engineering or equivalent. You have >5 years of experience from working in a packaging industry.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required. Additional languages are favourable.
