Are you ready for a new challenge within D&E and Carton Bottle?
The Development & Engineering unit within Tetra Pak is now looking for a Package Engineer who will be a key player in our prioritised projects with focus on the Package competence area.
We can offer you a creative, stimulating and international work environment at the Carton Bottle Platform in Lund. Our department develops a competitive alternative to plastic bottles in key ambient value segments (White Milk, Other Liquid Dairy Products, OLDP, Juice and Nectar, JN). Competitive means consumer preference and it also means lower customer system cost. We are now expanding to meet our customer demands and are now looking for a Package Engineer A to join our team.
As a Package Engineer A you will act as a participant and/or activity leader in prioritised technical development projects responsible for Primary & Secondary package activities. You will be the activity driver with the technical competence and always secure that the customer's requirement are understood and that the product meet them.
You will:
• Gather and develop technical requirements for new activities within the field of package attributes & testmethods.
• Be the driver and teammember for new activities within package evaluation, issue resolution and verification/validation.
• Setup test & testplans both from a statistical & practical point of view, based on technical requirements, both as a member in a team and as the driver often with a risk based approach as base.
• Build and share a high level of knowledge in package attributes and functionality throughout the entire value chain, from manufacturing to consumer use.
• Build and share a high level of knowledge in machine and material interaction including some knowledge in equipment line
Publiceringsdatum2011-03-24KvalifikationerThe successful candidate has strong drive, is result oriented, analytical and structured with a practical approach to problem solving and in cooperation abilities with colleagues. Your English need to be fluent in both written and verbal and have good communication skills. Six sigma, FMEA, PMP and/or verification/validation experience is of course seen as an advantage.
You have an academic degree preferable in Engineering or Science and have at least 2-5 years documented experience from Product Development.
