Are you the person who would like join our team in driving both the operational and strategical P&C Communication within the Scania organisation?
If you are a dedicated communicator comfortable working with stakeholders within all areas and levels within P&C and the central Communication department, and have a great will to both learn and develop within the area of communications - you might be the one we 're looking for!
The position
Together with your colleagues you will support P&C with operational and strategic communication activities. Examples of operational tasks are movie production, publishing, editing and newsletters. You will also develop and manage updates on platforms as Reflex, We Learn, Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and secure the important P&C implementation of Scania World App.
Examples of more strategical tasks can be to support Scania Academy in driving the Scania Learning Culture and Strategy, establishing all competence development opportunities in the Scania world, including TRATON.
You will of course be an active member of our small team and contribute in putting the P&C Communication Strategy into place.
We are looking forward to bring someone into the team who doesn 't value prestige, but know the importance of all tasks being done to secure a successful delivery in the end.
You will work in an environment where teamwork, high speed and flexibility are natural ingredients in the day to day business and will have an important role as ambassador within your area of expertise in the ongoing HR Transformation.
Your profile
We believe you are a positive team player who sees opportunities and are good at creating trust and build relations. To be successful in this position you;
• have a university degree within the area of communication or equivalent
• have experience working as a communication specialist or equivalent
• have the capability to work and contribute on both operational and strategic level
• are structured, with the ability to plan, set priorities and execute on them - catering for long term goals while focusing on immediate needs at the same time
• have great communication skills and the ability to both work hands-on and in a consultative and guiding way
• have experience working with both Reflex and implementation of Scania World App
• have knowledge and experience when it comes to production and editing
You will report to Linda Sundqvist, Head of P&C Communications and Personal Executive Assistant to the CHRO.
