We are looking for a Global P&C Business Intelligence Specialist (Product Owner) to the Global People Analytics team.
You will have an important role together with your colleagues in the team in visualizing strategical important People data and information and making it easy accessible across the global Scania organization.
In your role, you will
• Work as Product Owner for global P&C BI dashboards
• Analyse requirements from business stakeholders
• Prioritize projects together with IT portfolio manager
• Perform business analysis for BI and other IT solutions and studies
• P&C Project Manager for the IT BI development team
• Test and training lead for solutions, individually or in collaboration with other P&C units
• Responsible for deployment to business
• Be an ambassador for a data driven culture
• Collaborate with Global HR Data Management and HR Privacy Officers
Your profile
• You are a passionate BI Specialist preferable with global HR experience.
• We would like to work with you who have professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, visualization, creation of reports and dashboards
• You are highly professional with a combination of analytical skills, and excellent communication and influencing skills.
• We believe you have a degree in statistical and/or mathematical field or equalling and have work experience from a similar role
• You have great skills in working as BI Specialist for BI solutions and the whole process in gather data in relevant systems
• High ethical standards working with personal data is important to you and you have good knowledge about Privacy and GDPR
• Meriting with experience of project management
• You also enjoy working in a global environment and supporting specialists across the globe with your expertise
