Swapp Agency AB, a leading EOR (Employer of Record) company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oversea Sales Director to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sweden, with a focus on managing and expanding our operations in the Nordic market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage sales operations in the Nordic market, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retailers, identifying new sales channels and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Oversee brand management and promotional activities, working closely with relevant departments to ensure high brand recognition and customer satisfaction.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team in the Nordic region, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales management, particularly in the Nordic or European markets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Familiarity with brand management and market analysis in the technology or consumer electronics sector is a plus.
