Do you want to enhance the game experience for millions of players?
Uplay is an online platform (24/7 platform), giving great opportunities and many interesting challenges for this position as Outsourcing manager. If you consider yourself a structured leader with experience of software outsourcing (preferably Eastern Europe) you'll most likely be a perfect match for this role. You will be in charge of coordinating outsourcing with other studios within the Ubisoft organization. We work very agile and it is a plus if you have experience from agile organizations.
What other things do you need to be good at? Changes occur often so innovation and enjoying such an atmosphere is important as well as always keeping the end product and the big picture in mind.
Some of the responsibilities:
• Manage service provider quality and performance to ensure that services are delivered according to the specified service levels and requirements
• Making sure service provider has the support needed to fulfill deliveries
• "Relationship Manager" - maintain a good and healthy relationship with the service provider
• Daily flow of information and tasks for global teams including escalation and problem resolution
Skills and experience:
• A couple of years work experience with Outsourcing
• Technical background is a bonus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• High energy, positive attitude
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Detail focused
• Experience of outsourcing with Eastern Europe is a plus
• The role requires primarily strong organizational and time management skills
