Initiatives of Change - Sverige (IofC) is part of a diverse networkworldwide committed to building relationships of trust across the world's divides. Initiatives of Change is an NGO with Special Consultative Status within the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.

Initiatives of Change - Sverige is looking for a trainer/organizer/project leader to expand the movement in Sweden.

Teamwork with others is vital as well as own initiatives to outreach and coordination with other groups.

Your knowledge of the organization and previous experience of working in similar positions is a must to manage the challenge in Sweden. Personal qualities and experience are major factors.
Workplace: Sweden

Work duties:

• Engagement with Swedish conference participants to Caux, Switzerland (IofC world center).

• Carrying out training programs for schools, universities and other organizations.

• Developing the IofC network vision and mission in critical areas.

• Developing an IofC training and coaching facility in Falun and Sollentuna.

• Supporting current actions and following up contacts by means of meetings and social media.

• Duration: Indefinite.

• Working hours: 50% or 100%.

Salary: Salary according to agreement.

Personal skills:

• Very good organizational and communication skills.
• Project Management Experience.

• Effective team builder.

• Deep knowledge of IofC and experience of personal change.

• Familiar with IofC - Sverige and its current work.
