Key Account Manager | Sweden & Norway

representatives/partners in more than 30 countries and headquarters in Karlskrona,
Sweden and Amsterdam, The Netherlands, serving over 2000 corporate and government
organizations worldwide.

1. Job Description
Outpost24 is looking for dedicated Key Account Manager (KAM) for the sales and market
development in the Swedish and Norway markets. As KAM you will be responsible for the
securing a success for Outpost24 in the Swedish and Norwegian markets towards
medium and large sized enterprises. Furthermore, you will play a big role in a high
performing team of minimum four people.

2. Responsibility
• Generate new business leads and build relationships.
• Identify business opportunities through research of specific industry or market
• Significant interaction with clients. Face-to-face, web meetings, phone
• Understand customer?s business needs and gather product knowledge to meet those
needs
• Meet sales targets
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of the software
• Provide technical advice via our technical staff to customers
• Maintain all sales activities in the CRM system

3. Requirements
• Master degree of relevant university studies (Economics, IT or Engineering)
• 5 years experience in sales and/or new business development
• Excellent communication skills phone, mail and in person. Fluent in Swedish and
English.
• Curious, result driven, persistent, organized, convincing.
• Strong social and relationship management skills
• IT knowledge or strong interest in it
• Willing to travel (approx. 30%).
