If so, you may be the right person for our senior software developer role in our Stockholm office, working for Access Risk within Outpost24. You will work with product development creating new products as well as taking responsibility for existing products used by our customers, following the entire life cycle of products.
Position summary
As a Senior Software Developer, you will be part our software development team based out of our Stockholm office. While most people on the team come to the office on weekly basis, a few of us work remotely from other places in Sweden.
The team, while autonomous, works closely with a global team of developers, quality assurance testers, DevOps engineers, and product specialists. You will work from the Outpost 24 office, in Stockholm city, in an agile continuous delivery environment. Our team delivers cloud software (Web/APIs), on-prem components, as well as mobile apps.
Responsibilities
As part our team, you will be expected to:
Do hands-on development as a Senior Software Developer.
Report to engineering manager, and work directly with Access Risk R&D.
Be an individual contributor, working as part of an agile team.
Be willing to learn from others, as well as share your knowledge and expertise.
Write clean, reusable, and testable code that follows best practices.
Design and develop products, as well as participating in architectural discussions.
Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
Have your code reviewed by peers as well as take part of other code reviews.
Education
Minimum of a master's degree in computer science or related technology field
Required experience and skills
Proven experience in C++ and C#
5+ years in an agile software development environment
Knowledge of Windows and Win32
Knowledge of security and PKI
Understanding of source control, automated builds and deployments
Visual Studio, .NET
PowerShell
