About the job
As an Outbound Planner for the EMEA region, you play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient order execution for aftermarket parts within the Crushing Solutions division. You maintain excellent customer service while continuously improving processes and finding smarter ways to plan and deliver.
What you'll do
Coordinate order activities, including logistics, verifications, confirmations, and documentation.
Match customer needs with globally available resources.
Collaborate with production units and warehouses to secure timely deliveries.
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Support improvements in order management and planning processes.
Location
This position is based in Svedala. You're part of a global team and collaborate closely with colleagues across regions.
Your profile
You have a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a similar field - or with the same competence acquired through a working career. You bring hands-on experience from logistics or supply chain operations, such as order management, planning, warehouse management or shipping, and you're comfortable navigating an international environment. Skilled in Microsoft Office and ERP systems like SAP, and you communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
You're structured yet flexible, thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. You're analytical, thorough, and skilled at organizing your work with a focus on quality. You collaborate easily across cultures, remain customer-focused, and approach service with responsiveness, curiosity and a positive mindset. With your engagement and confident communication style, you succeed in creating commitment among colleagues and stakeholders.
