Company profile:
The company mainly working with on importing and distributing dry foods such as: Rice, seeds, spices and food stuffs in Scandinavian and Europe. Our company Sawaiz AB also gives trainings about Rice, seeds and spices. Sawaiz AB is dealing with clients with a big chain companies in Scandinavian and Europe.
The company needs a personal assistant to increase its productivity level by distributing our quality products all in Europe and then continuing our delivery of quality products to all over the world.
To achieve our company?s goal, we are in need of working together by cooperation with those who have an interest to work with our company.
For the development of our company, here we are looking for directors for our company Sawaiz AB. Basically these directors needs to have interest to work together with us and also if he/she want it is possible to invest his/her own capital for buying share of the company.
Furthermore the directors should have knowledge and give time to run the company by applying effective and productive activities. These effective and productive activities needs for increasing the productivity and quality levels of our products, which are important things for long live survival of our company. In addition to this he/she (the directors) should have commitment and confidence to work strongly in the company for the satisfaction of our clients by delivering goods and services with high quality of our products.
Basic requirements and descriptions which are expected from the directors of the company:
1,The directors should have basic interest to have a strong relationship with our company.
2,He/she also has an opportunity to buy shares from the company.
3,It is preferable the directors to have some kind of experiences in any kinds of businesses,
4,The directors should have at list one year experience and they need knowledge of English langue read, speak and write.
5,The company gives lessens and trainings for the directors about our products to have good experiences in food business areas.
6,Our company also gives basic trainings about mixing, sorting, packing and distributing of rice, seeds and spices.
7,Our company Sawaiz AB also provides to learn the language course if he/she outside from EU and non EU countries who cannot speak Swedish language.
8,He/she (the directors) has knowledge of how to handle the customers and how to control the market.
9,He/she (directors) should have to work their best to search customers in the world.
10,It is important to have a good communication skills, command and personal behavior.
11,He/she should have a strong commitment and believe on delivering high quality products for our clients.
