hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2022-11-28ArbetsuppgifterThe position is within the Sustainability and Product Compliance cluster MIM & Weight product. Together with the Product Owner, you will work in close co-operation with solution architects, developers, and business representatives.
You will work as a connection among different stakeholders to understand the operations, policies, structure, benefits and needs, and culture of an organization and to recommend opportunities, approach, and solutions that enable the client's organization to achieve its goals. You will also be part of the team verifying and validating proposed solutions.
Job Assignments
As a Business Analyst you will have the following job assignments:
• Understanding/ identifying the business needs/benefits and value of the activity.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to research business and technology domains relevant to business and IT solution definition.
• Coordinating the requirements towards several product teams.
• Leading or participating in stakeholder management and analysis.
• Eliciting, elaborating, verifying, validating and communicating requirements in an agile way in in epics, features and user stories.
• Facilitating and participating in the verification and validation of the proposed solutions.
• Facilitating Workshops with stakeholders, for business modeling, information modeling, requirements elicitation, etc.
• Participating in transition activities when needed.
Requirements
• You should have a wide experience from business analysis (techniques and methods) in an agile environment and a critical and analytical thinking combined with good communication skills.
• Various years of business analysis experience.
• Broad experience from techniques and methods related to business analysis.
• Various business analysis assignments in an agile context.
• Experience managing stakeholders in a complex business. environment.
Meritorious
Our client would like you to have the following experience:
• Previous experience from the automotive industry.
• Experience working with DevOps / Continuous Integration teams.
• Experience from other IT roles, that is Tester or Developer.
Skills
Our client wants you to have the following skills:
• Workshop facilitation.
• Requirement's elicitation, verification, elaboration, validation, and management.
• User stories elicitation, elaboration, verification, validation, and management.
• Good knowledge in integration tests involving a different systems and applications.
• General knowledge of cloud solution.
• Ability to handle several integrations between different systems.
